Below are several questions I've answered
about the "Personal CD Seminar." Sort of like the Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ) you often see, except I made up these questions! Because,
you see, this program is brand new!
1.
Why do I need the CD
Seminar and what will it do for me?
If you're
consistently making all the money in the markets you really want or
need, the fact is, you probably don't need it!
However. . . if you are
a new or less-experienced trader, or you can use some good,
"back-to-the-basics" instruction as well as some encouragement from a
market veteran (me), buy it!
Heck, it's only $99.95
plus a little shipping and handling. Not very much in the grand scheme
of things!

G. The value of
continuing education and my favorite information sources
Which is best -- watching a video or a program like this?
The answer to that
depends on you and how you learn best. This program has one
disadvantage, in that there is no opportunity to ask questions, as in
a live seminar.
However, it has several
big advantages:
You can use it to study the markets
whenever YOU want.
You can take as long as you want to
study each slide. After Jim finishes talking, explaining what you're
seeing, you don't advance to the next slide until YOU'RE ready and
you tap the spacebar.
With the crisp, clear audio, you won't
miss a word.
You don't tie up the family VCR!
You can go directly to any part of the
program instantly, with a simple right click. Then you simply select
the slide you want to go to from a list, and you're there. No
rewinding, or endless searching for a specific spot on a tape or
DVD.
A computer monitor is much sharper
than most televisions. That makes it easier to see the detail in the
charts, and you can study them without eyestrain.
And the most important reason: I don't
have any current videos available!
4.
Do I need any special equipment to run the CD?
No special equipment is
necessary. The program will run on most older computers running
operating systems back to Windows 98, First Edition. It has not been
tested with Windows 95.
You must have a working
CD drive (obviously) and sound capability, with either speakers or
headphones.
What if I buy it and I can't get it to run on my computer?
The program carries a
money-back, no-hassle guarantee. If you purchase the CD, and it simply
won't work for you, just return it with a note of explanation, and
we'll refund your purchase price, minus any shipping and handling
fees.
6.
What if I buy it, and I'm just not satisfied?
Frankly, I doubt that
will be the case. But if it is, same deal. Futures Partners provides a
money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, and don't believe we've "delivered the goods" as
we promised, return it to us with an explanation, and we'll refund
your purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
7.
How does it actually work?
If you're computer is
equipped with Windows 98, Second Edition or a new operating system,
simply put the CD in the CD-ROM drive and close the drive door. The CD
includes Microsoft's PowerPoint 2003 Viewer, and will start
automatically (It's not necessary to have PowerPoint on your PC). You
advance the 113 full-screen slides at your own pace. Each slide is
accompanied by a crystal-clear audio track of Jim Wyckoff explaining
what you're seeing. At any time you can to go the beginning, to the
end, stop the program completely, or go to a specific slide.
The complete program takes approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours, depending
on how much time you spend on each slide. When finished, hit [ESCAPE}
and remove the CD from the CD-drive.
If you have an older
system, it's not a problem − it's just that the program will not start
automatically. We've included the PowerPoint 97 Viewer, also, and the
simple instructions for starting the program with it. Of course, if
you have PowerPoint 97 (or a newer version), and you know how to use
it, you can always use it to view the program as well. The
instructions that come with the CD seminar assume you do not
know how to use PowerPoint, and do not even have it installed on your
PC.
8.
What else is included?
What more could you
possibly want? (Just kidding.) Actually, there are two handouts
referred to in the program that are included as well.
